MEET SHELBY (she/her/hers)
People often struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship conflict, and trauma-related issues. Every client will be warmly welcomed into my office and together we will collaborate to meet goals to help you be the best version of you. To meet these goals, we will use tools from multiple evidenced based interventions.
I work individuals and couples to provide relief from with behavioral issues, mood disorders, and trauma-related disorders. I work collaboratively to help heal hearts, minds, marriages, and relationships in a healthy and sustainable way.
I am passionate about the work that I do because I have personally experienced healing from therapy. I strive to be the therapist that I needed when I was a teenager and to provide those services to my clients. Working through grief, conflict, stuck symptoms, and setting boundaries is important to healthy living, and I want to help my clients through that.
