Focused Dyslexia Evaluation

Age 5 and Up

If you or your child struggles with reading, spelling, or understanding written language, a comprehensive evaluation can help clarify whether dyslexia is present and guide effective support. What’s Included in Your Evaluation:

Initial appointment with a clinician to gather developmental, academic, and learning history.
- KBIT2R (Kaufman Brief Intelligence Test)
- Creyos Dyslexia Protocol
- Vineland interview completed with caregiver/client
- If client is under 18, a Teacher Vineland is also completed
- TOD administered in two parts
- Completed across two in-person sessions
- Final interview with a qualified provider
- Provider reviews all assessment data and renders diagnosis
- Feedback, recommendations, and next steps provided to the client/family

Age 6 and Up

Initial appointment with a clinician to gather developmental, academic, and learning history.
- KBIT2R (Kaufman Brief Intelligence Test)
- Creyos ADHD & Dyslexia Protocol
- ADHD rating scales:
  - Conners (children/adolescents) or CAARS (adults), depending on age
- Vineland interview completed with caregiver/client
- If client is under 18, a Teacher Vineland is also completed
- TOD administered in two parts
- Completed across two in-person sessions
- Final interview with a qualified provider
- Provider reviews all assessment data and renders diagnosis
- Feedback, recommendations, and next steps provided to the client/family
