Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scale
A multi-dimensional assessment of adult ADHD. Measures the presence and severity of ADHD symptoms in adults ages 18 and older.

Individual Assessment
After completing the other assessment tools, a client will begin meeting with one of our trained professionals to better understand symptoms and diagnosing.
