I definitely believe in a strength based approach when providing case management services. The beginning is about getting know the client, creating goals together, and immediately addressing important needs. I work collaboratively with therapists and community resource partners using a holistic approach. I apply interactive activities as we research and work on educational information together. I am very empathetic and will go the extra mile for clients working hard to better themselves.
