Hello! My name is Margo. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I received my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Kentucky. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. When working with my clients, I take the role of an active, curious and compassionate participant. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to identify harmful mental barriers and negative interaction cycles. My goal is to help clients restructure relationship interactions and strengthen relationship bonds. I aim to help each partner develop a sense relational and personal security that allows for safe exploration of self and the world resulting in individual and relational growth.
My family and I live on a beautiful farm in central Kentucky. We have four adult children and four dogs. I am a huge Siberian husky fan. Our family owns 4 huskies adopted from different shelters and states. We are always on the lookout for the next husky in need. In my free time, I enjoy hiking on our picturesque property with our dogs, and painting with acrylics. I love painting still life from photos. Since I am passionate about art, I enjoy incorporating art therapy in my work with clients.
