Karen LaFlair,
APRN, PMHNP-BC
Meet Karen (she/her/hers)
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specializing in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and burnout. My practice is rooted in collaboration — I work closely with therapists to provide safe, intentional ketamine treatment that supports and enhances the therapeutic process.
Rather than offering general medication management, I focus exclusively on psychedelic-informed care, tailoring each treatment plan to the client’s unique needs, goals, and readiness. My approach integrates medical safety with a deep respect for the inner healing capacity of each person.
Outside of my clinical work, I find restoration in trail running, yoga, and whitewater kayaking with my husband and two teenage sons.
