While meeting with my clients, I will ensure they feel seen, comfortable, and valued. My approach will be catered to the client's specific needs. Such approaches integrate evidence-based practices in order to assist the client while they explore their thoughts and emotions.   

I am fluent in both Arabic and English and would love to provide therapeutic support for both Arabic and English speakers; ensuring I provide a culturally sensitive environment for both speakers.  

I have experience working with adults and adolescents and have worked with those  facing depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and more.
