SARAH ISAAC, CSW
Certified Social Worker
MEET SARAH (she/her/hers)
I work with individuals, children and adolescents to overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood disorders. I utilize evidence-based techniques such as CBT, and client-centered approaches. We will work together at the client’s pace by creating a safe space and goals tailored to the client’s needs. I have experience in working with children and adults dealing with trauma, domestic violence, substance use, anxiety and depression. My expertise lies in supporting children and adolescents, helping them feel understood and empowering them to overcome life’s challenges and trauma.
I create a safe, nonjudgmental space, where my clients can freely express themselves, explore their identity, feel heard, and work through challenges. I grew up in a multicultural and bilingual environment, which gave me a deep appreciation for the importance of cultural identity and family values. My experiences have shaped my empathetic and collaborative approach to therapy, and they inspire my commitment to helping children and adolescents build stronger, healthier connections.
