MEET NICOLA
My training encompasses lifestyle modifications, mindfulness, and medication management, allowing me to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. I am deeply passionate about supporting and empowering individuals on their mental health journey, especially those facing Depression, Anxiety, Sleep Disorders, ADHD, PTSD, Schizophrenia, and Trauma. My goal is to provide compassion, encouragement, and the tools they need to take control of their well-being and find hope, healing, and resilience.
I love writing short stories while hiking—there’s something about being in nature that sparks my creativity. Waterfalls, in particular, inspire me with their power and tranquility. One of my favorite places to explore is Red River Gorge, with its stunning arches, winding trails, and hidden waterfalls. Every hike brings new ideas and a deeper appreciation for the outdoors.
My approach is guided by the Triangle—my pillars of health: physical health, self-care, and relationships. I believe true well-being comes from nurturing all three areas, not just treating symptoms. I was trained to see medication as a tool, not the solution, and my goal is to equip you with a variety of tools to support your mental health in a holistic, sustainable way. Together, we’ll strengthen each pillar, helping you build resilience and lasting well-being.
A good fit for me is a client who values collaboration and is open to exploring different approaches to their mental health journey. I believe in working together to create a personalized menu of options, allowing you to choose the strategies that best align with your needs and goals. Whether through medication management, lifestyle modifications, or mindfulness techniques, we’ll develop a plan that feels right for you.
