The journey to self-growth and healing can often be a grueling one. For many individuals, the added weight of anxiety, depression, addiction, or other mental health struggles can make this process even more difficult. My goal as a therapist is to create the space for you to pursue this journey without judgement, while building the skills necessary to tackle these obstacles along the way. I strive to provide support and aid you in the midst of exploring core beliefs, understanding internal drives, increasing self-efficacy, and fostering overall self-awareness. I believe that providing a safe space and fostering genuine therapeutic rapport is key to assisting you in your growth. I provide an environment where you can feel reassured that you have support while you openly and unapologetically uncover your most genuine self.
