MEET BETSY (she/her/hers)

After a long and varied career in clinical laboratory science, biomedical sales, and then pharmaceutical development, I finally listened to the still, small, voice within, beckoning me to grow downward, into the direction of my roots. Through the supportive relationship of therapy, I found within myself a deeper meaning and connection with life that is sustaining in body and soul. This involves embracing who I am now, the journey I am on, and consciously creating my life each step of the way.   

Who are you, and what wants to be expressed through you? Perhaps you just know that something is not right, or you may be experiencing symptoms within your body, your relationships, or dissatisfaction with your career. Whatever it is, this is where you are now, and it contains wisdom for your journey. 

I believe in the unique purpose of each person and the power of therapeutic relationship in identifying and clearing blockages to the full expression of one’s unique potential. I work with adults (18+) and welcome you as you are and whatever issues you bring. We will work collaboratively to achieve the goals you want to work on. We will explore both your thoughts and experiences in your daily interactions, and your dreams at night, exploring the unconscious influences at work in your life. We will focus on your development as a whole person, and meaningful acceptance and appreciation for your whole self.
