MEET AMY (she/her/hers)

I am a clinical social worker. I specialize in the treatment of adults with depression, anxiety, disordered eating and co-occurring behavioral and addictive disorders. With special focus on women’s health and wellness, and with over 20 years of experience regarding cycles of addiction and life in recovery, my treatment approach centers around helping you direct your own growth and healing. Holistic, evidence-based treatment addresses root causes and trauma through therapeutic and relational lenses. I am honored to work with individuals in their pursuit of their most authentic selves, and the joy, peace and freedom that can come home to them along the way.

I consider movement and nutrition to be vital dimensions of wellness.

I am a former Musical Theatre and Vocal Performance major who has lived in Eastern, Central, and Western Kentucky. I love all of Kentucky but feel most at home in the mountains.
