Meet Alana (she/her/hers)
If you are feeling overwhelmed, unhappy, or stuck, I am here to listen and provide support. Having someone to talk to who is not a friend, colleague, or family member can help bring a more objective point of view to the challenges of life.
My therapeutic style is conversational and honors your right to autonomy and respect. I will work collaboratively with you to create an environment in which we can bring curiosity to your situation so that insight and a way forward can be uncovered.
I enjoy working with individuals and couples with concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, communication, life changes, grief and loss, and relationships. I will help you explore how to make decisions based on your specific strengths and values. It is my hope to serve as a nonjudgmental, compassionate witness to your unique experience and to tailor therapy to meet your needs.
