Our Medical Marijuana Program includes eligibility evaluations and continued medical oversight, ensuring care that is responsible, personalized, and aligned with Kentucky regulations.

Insurance is not accepted for approval visits

• Initial in-person evaluation: $125 (prepaid)

• Required follow-ups are determined by provider- typically every 6 months to 1 year: $75

• If a client is not approved, insurance may be billed when appropriate and any prepaid amount above their cost-share will be refunded after processing.
