    After a set period of time, you can apply for the program. Once accepted, we create a personalized timeline and transition plan.

  3. Build Your Own Practice – While You Work

    You’ll continue seeing clients as our employee while we help you set up your own business:

    • Branding & logistics
    • Business consulting

  4. Shift to Independence, With Us as Your Support Team

    Once your new practice is up and running, you start working under your own business – and we become
    your contractor.

    We’ll continue to:

    • Handle billing and insurance credentialing
    • Offer business and clinical guidance
    • Support your growth – behind the scenes

  5. Choose Your Next Step

    You can fully transition out and take everything over yourself, or keep working with us under a supportive split model for as long as you like.
