MEET KATIE (she/her/hers)
I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and positive change when they are provided with a safe, supportive, and accepting environment. My approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning I strive to understand each individual’s experiences, feelings, values, and goals without judgment. I see therapy as a collaborative process rather than something that is done to a client. I will work alongside you to explore challenges, develop greater self-understanding, and identify strengths and resources that can support you through difficult times. I value empathy, authenticity, respect, and unconditional positive regard in the therapeutic relationship.
