What to Expect at Your First Visit
Whether you're visiting in person or logging on for a telehealth session, your first appointment focuses on getting to know you: your history, your current concerns, and what you're hoping to get out of care. If you're coming to one of our offices, plan to arrive a few minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork. If you're meeting online, you'll receive a secure video link ahead of time along with simple setup instructions.
