Sometimes being a human can be overwhelming. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and empowering space for you to explore your vulnerabilities, process your emotions, and move towards healing and growth. Like all good therapists, I have been on your side of the couch and I know that therapy is one of the biggest acts of self-love you can undertake. It is my honor to walk alongside you during this phase of your journey.
Whether it is work stress, relationship issues, or simply a desire for deeper self-understanding, I am here to guide you on your path. There is no better time to start than now. My practice employs a holistic approach, with a focus on strength-based, acceptance, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapies. Using evidence based treatments, we will collaborate towards healing and meaning.
